Never has there been a time when strength training has been so demanded by the public then now. In particular, for people over 60 years .  The media, research and grass roots rumblings have meant that this very large and powerful sector of our population are seeking out their place to train and transform their life so that the golden years remain golden and not in a nursing home.  Standard gyms are just not cutting it!

 

Dean Mawby is a pioneer in the the area of strength training for the 60+ age group and as his lasting legacy, he wants to make this type of training available to the ageing population worldwide, but he is only one man.  The world needs more great coaches looking after this age bracket.  

Dean's unique ability to find what works with each person in the gym has produced outstanding results over and over again.  He uses a similar technique when mentoring.  If you are a coach, pt, or in the health or wellness industry, he will assess what is already working for you and work with you to find even more leverage.  Its all about expanding what works and bringing out the very best in you, so you can bring out the best in others.
